Delete your account

You can delete your Arrowgate account and the personal data attached to it in either of two ways.

Option 1 — in the app (fastest)

Open the Arrowgate app and log in. Go to your Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. Confirm, and your account is deleted immediately.

If you have an active trip in progress, you will be asked to complete or cancel it first.

Option 2 — by email

Email lawrance.sam@arrowgatemining.com from the address or phone number on your account, with the subject “Delete my Arrowgate account”. We will confirm your identity and process the deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your name, phone number, email address and password are permanently removed. So are your uploaded identity and compliance documents — KYC documents, driver clearance and border documents, vehicle and trailer documents, and insurance documents — and the identity numbers on your profile: passport and driving licence numbers, licence and permit dates, company registration details, and insurance policy numbers. Notifications addressed to you, and the location history recorded on your trips, are deleted. Your account is deactivated and cannot be logged into again.

What may be retained

Anonymised records of past trips and transactions may be retained where they are needed to fulfil another user’s completed transaction, or as required by law or accounting obligations. This includes proof-of-delivery pages on completed trips: they are the other party’s evidence that a delivery took place and support the invoice for it, so they are kept with the trip record. Once your profile is anonymised they are no longer linked to your name or contact details.
